My father who is fighting in court a conservatorship..... His home was taken from him fraudulently.... The person who is listed as conservatorship on him has many properties all over the us. And the conservator address is a 99 cent store with a postal annex a few stores down.... I was not allowed to go toy fathers house because i was set up and bit by a police dog and charged with elderly abuse..... My father all of a sudden wanted me and my son to start punching him because back in his day they broke jaws..... I told him that was not a option for him and he needed to come up with something else because why woukd i punch my dad and elder abuse big time!!!! Crazy stuff ive been through.... Was not allowed to take to trial by my lawyer and advised against it..... I was attacked by a police dog and my arm torn open.... Then given more time in jail because i showed no remorse for the crime i didnt comit!!! So backwards.... Maybe i didnt elder abuse my father and thats why showed no remore!!!! Every thing i owned was being stolen from me..... Two bank accounts with over 7,000 in each one .... Alot of high dollar items stolen from me..... Then loosing everything i owned when i made it on my own....... One more time just because loosing everything i owned..... Twillight Zone Episodes from Hell is the only way to describe.... My father started smoking marijuana with one of his grandsons.... I was threatened to have my toingue cut out so i couldnt talk and had no electricity in my room..... My father also started to think i was his wife who passed away not to long ago..... She had so many expensive clothes and crazy too many..... I had my dream wardrobe before he wanted me to stay with him..... Too much bs..... I was set up because i was the only person who would stand up for him.... The only adult there for me growing up.... Why would i hurt my father????

Hello I am currently living in a group home in North Mankato. My name is Steven Rannow I am 58 years old and I have had several guardians and conservators in the last 3 years. Communication between them and me has been a problem. They don't respond to my phone calls or emails. I have been living in a group home since 3-2016 and I feel that high functioning adult like me should not have to live in a group home. I have not committed any crimes and I have been alcohol and drug-free for 18 years. I am not incapacitated and a less restrictive option has never been attempted. Can anyone give me a reason why the county court in Glencoe, Minnesota has failed to do the right thing by not allowing me to live in my own place? Thank You
